After you contact our office, an experienced attorney will contact you to determine if we can take your case and to inform you of our fee to represent you. 

If you have a complex case requiring legal research or you require legal advice, you can schedule a comprehensive case evaluation in person, by telephone or by video conference with an attorney.

During a comprehensive case evaluation, you can expect us to:

• Discuss your goals and objectives;
• Thoroughly review your situation, including your immigration, criminal, educational, and family histories to ensure you are aware of all possible avenues available to you;
• Analyze the documents you bring to the case evaluation; and
• Honestly and compassionately address any legal questions you have.

The fee for a comprehensive case evaluation is $100 and you will spend up to an hour with the attorney discussing your case. If you retain our law firm to handle your case within seven days, the case evaluation fee is credited towards your file.

All assessments/evaluations are kept confidential. Please note that an assessment/evaluation does not bind the Law Office of Rebecca M. Vasquez as your attorneys, or to represent you before the Immigration Service or any courts. A separate written agreement must be entered into if you desire any legal services.

Appointments may be scheduled by calling our office during normal business hours. If calling outside business hours, you may leave a message and we will call you back the next business day. You may also submit a request using the Contact Form below. 

We work primarily on a flat fee basis so our clients know exactly what they are paying. How much we charge in a particular case depends on its complexity.
